We will only store or transfer your personal data in the UK and If for a reason your data has to be transferred out of the UK it will be fully protected under the GDPR. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to offer and sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
9. Do You Share My Personal Data?
We only share data where necessary for certification purposes and to provide you with access to training and online training for certain qualifications which are provided by NUCO Training limited. We may Provide you with information to access these companies or other companies to provide equipment or training resources for yourself. Any organisation with who we share your data has been identified as meeting GDPR regulations. All data collected by NUCO Training limited will be stored on their secure servers.

Data is not shared or transferred outside the UK by Ian Fitzsimmons Training.

10. Payments?

All payments through Ian Fitzsimmons Training will be processed by PayPal, Sumup or Bacs transfer. No card details or bank information will be stored by Ian Fitzsimmons Training. NUCO Training Limited will process their payments through their secure server and provider. PayPal is through their secure server.
11. Can I Withhold Information?
You may access certain areas of our site without providing any personal data at all. However, to use all features and functions available on our site you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.
12. How Can I Access My Personal Data?

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (where any such personal data is held). This is known as a “subject access request”.
